our history
The company "Satis" was founded in 2005 on the basis of the Satis furniture factory, which was built in 1957.
2005-2007
They monetized the existing experience and specialization of furniture production - they produced furniture from solid wood and were a supplier of Ikea.
In 2007, the production was completely modernized: we bought new woodworking equipment and began to produce plywood (FSF, FC) , latoflexes , bent-glued products and veneer .
2010
We began to produce eco-friendly, lightweight pallets ( pallets ) of a unique shape, which are not inferior in strength to wooden ones. We make pallets from “scraps” from plywood production, which are exposed to heat and no longer need phytosanitary treatment.
2016-2019
We entered new markets. We started production of flexible design birch plywood . We completed a large order for this type of plywood and launched small-scale production of plywood for designers. Later in the same year, the production of film faced plywood, which is used for construction formwork, began.
In 2019, the Satis plant became a manufacturer of kitchen furniture elements - Face Frame and Lazy Susan . Thus, the execution of a single experimental order of our American buyers has grown into a serial one: at our plant we have organized a full-fledged production of such products, having allocated a specialized workshop for it.
2020
In the second quarter of 2020, the production of birch plywood, faced with natural veneer of valuable wood species , started.
For the European market, we began to produce disposable eco-friendly wooden cutlery made of birch veneer, which will replace plastic counterparts. Disposable wooden spoons, forks and knives manufactured by "Satis" are distinguished by their ergonomic shapes and high-quality materials that do not affect the taste of dishes during use.
