The company "Satis" produces non-standard products from birch plywood, film faced plywood, veneer, bent-glued products, furniture elements and other products according to individual parameters and customer drawings. "Satis" manufactures (a product is patented by us) and sells lightweight, reusable, wear-resistant high-quality pallets (pallets) with increased strength, which are made of high-quality birch plywood using the technology of bent-glued products by high-temperature pressing.
Laminated with melamine film, large-format plywood sheets made of several layers of glued and compressed 100% birch veneer produced by Satis are wear-resistant and durable material, the use of which allows designers to design any type of cabinet furniture.
"Satis" manufactures and offers for wholesale latoflexes (lamellas) made from peeled birch veneer: we can produce lamellas of the required length, thickness and width in accordance with the customer's technical requirements.
Satis produces 100% large-format birch plywood faced with fine wood veneer (oak, walnut, maple, beech, ash, anegri, makore, sapele and others) or with Fine-line veneer.
Atypical solutions
We offer ample opportunities and a wide range of options for the development and serial production of custom-made wooden products based on your drawings, the required unique parameters, a drawing or even an idea.
On the basis of Manufactura LLC (Satis), in addition to several lines for the production of basic birch plywood (FC and FSF) , laminated , melamine and veneered plywood , bent-glued products ( latoflexes and furniture elements), its own furniture design bureau and an experimental small-scale production.
Our specialists have extensive experience in the development, implementation and serial production of unique products, both for the Russian and foreign (European and American markets).
For example, we have patented unique eco-friendly pallets that are made from plywood (based on bent-glued products) and have a number of advantages over traditional counterparts. We produce eco-friendly disposable wooden cutlery for the European and domestic market.
All our products, including non-standard and individual designs, have appropriate environmental certificates , incl. TSCA (CARB).
